last day.

Today was my last day teaching. I can't believe how fast time has gone. My students were so sweet today. They gave me SO much candy. One of my students made a little doll for me, one of my classes gave me a huge bouquet of roses, and then on one of my student's tests, I found the cutest note that I cannot stop reading. Is it weird that I just want to frame it to remember that at least I had a little impact on somebody my first year of teaching? I thanked her for it later today and she just kept saying "it's from the heart, please don't leave". Then I gave her a real big hug. How do I ever  say goodbye to these kids?

I have been taking lots of pictures of my students which I will be sharing in the next few days. I want to write a little snippet about each class like I did with 5/10, so stay tuned.
